Earlier this year I had the good fortune of being asked to interview international superstar chef, Heston Blumenthal for Broadsheet Media.
When he returned to Melbourne for another press conference a couple of weeks ago, I once again got to go one-on-one with the big man.
He's an undeniably lovely chap, and if it weren't for the diligence of his very efficient publicist/wrangler, Monica I reckon he would have been happy to sit around chatting all afternoon.
This time round, I asked Heston about how he came to choose Melbourne (over several other contenders) as the city that would house The Fat Duck's six month-long 'pop up'.
