Up close and personal with Shannon Bennett

I was fortunate enough to spend the afternoon interviewing acclaimed chef-restaurateur, Shannon Bennett (Vue de Monde et al) recently for an upcoming feature that I've been working on.

I came away with my head spinning in the wake of hearing about his ambitious plans for the historic Art Moderne mansion, Burnham Beeches in the Dandenong ranges. He's due to launch phase one later this month, followed by a bunch of other initiatives at the same site (read about it here).
